Returns & Refunds

Because many Elevara Studio products are personalized or made to order, personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

For non-personalized items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at elevarastudios@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production of a personalized or made-to-order item has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
